- RESALE OF CPS WILL NOT IMPACT FINAL DIVIDEND OF $1.2976 PER CPS SCHEDULED TO BE PAID BY NAB ON 20 MARCH 2019
- ONCE ALL CPS HAVE BEEN RESOLD TO NOMINATED PURCHASER ON 20 MARCH 2019, NAB INTENDS TO CONVERT UP TO $750M OF CPS INTO ORDINARY SHARES
