Simon talked of a major quite some time ago, i would have thought a deal would have been struck by now, but who ever it is knew there was no urgency required on their behalf and that they could wait until Southern were strapped for cash.
Yep, time for the board to disband. They've seen the company's first gold pour, they made a decision to pay a dividend, they all have bucket loads of shares. Apart from draining board fees, i cant see what they offer the company any more, and i doubt they could persuade a reasonable person otherwise
