I'm seeing that as a very good Cup & handle. handle just gone on.
Reason being, I'd see a double top in a shorter timeframe and the highs on this cup are nicely spaced apart as they should be + it's in a prior uptrend which a C&H needs to be.
A perfect set up would have had higher volume leading into the right side of cup. This did left side, and base on lower vol is good

it's at the stage right now where would be good to see what happens as it's due to breakout very soon if C&H confirms.
