It is highly unlikely, 99.9% confident in saying that, purely because of what Highbury do. They negotiate big (monetary wise) company takeovers which can be found on their website.

But the proceedings for a T/O can't proceed until Dome gives up its 20% holding, which it legally has to do because it changed its holdings from <25% to 20% sometime in the past. And obviously Dome doesnt want to give up 20% of a T/O offer, so this might simmer in the courts for a few weeks before any big news comes along. It will be worth waiting and watching the SP to see if it consolidates back around the 70-80c area while we wait.
