    Hey Vege,
    It was 30m ( 10m for the Three Mile referb and 20m for startup) not 53m.
    IRC only had 7m in the bank Dec Q
    So I would go with your notion that it is a joint venture...they've just come
    out of one.
    Whatever the outcome it must be good for Focus going on the share trading.
