hi guys just wondering, you know how we all say if the FED just keeps rates low FOREVER it will eventually cause inflation in the us right?
and than they will be forced to raise rates.
why hasent that happened in Australia?
the reserve bank has kept rates very low at 1.5% for like 30 straight months, yet our inflation number here are very tame, why hasent inflation he in Australia (officially) started to creep up? thereby forcing the RBA to raise rates (to kill inflation)
so the FED could keep rates low for the next 3-5yrs and there could be no sign of inflation in the US either right?
which means the DOW just keeps going up and up because % rates are still low.
