    Perhaps let  IRC take over  FML's Coolgardie operations for a share plus cash deal and FML concentrates on restarting mining at Laverton? A win-win for both companies at the current gold price! If both sites can restart operations at 200k oz/yr each at $1850, both share prices will skyrocket!
