I still smell a quasi/proxy takeover attempt on our company..Every single day, around 9am a 165,000 unit 16c sell-parcel arrives to park there for the day, then removed around 4pm..clearly not really wanting to sell IMO just serving to keep the SP suppressed..Initially we thought maybe it was RCF unloading the remainder of their holding for their forced sale..but the vendor's behaviour has pretty-much ruled that out..I think somebody is preparing to launch another coup on our Board..as cheap as they can get away with..Let's face it Chan-o-cha had his opportunity August 2017 to cough-up some funds to help us restart Chatree in the wake of his back flip on the ill-conceived shutdown :

As history revealed, he was too cheap to fund the $100 million required to get Chatree back up & running..probably failed to comprehend that it's not just a switch to-be-flicked..like pulling a gun trigger..as he had no business experience & zero governing experience to grasp the steps involved..By orchestrating a KCN takeover he has another-shot at getting-out of the mess he created (similar $100 million cost) without the shame of paying a settlement..and put the Chatree Gold Mine under the control of Thai's which I suspect was part of their mine-mothballing motivation all along..Alternative is facing a $500 million + arbitration award in November combined with the international shaming & fury of his people..whatever role he may hold come November this year..Interesting days ahead..Get the popcorn ready folks..it's a show not to be missed..
Yes, it's the king's sister. Her and the king both seem to have some relation to exiled PM Thaksin, and the political party she's candidate for is affiliated with Thaksin. Her being photographed with exiled PM Yingluck and exiled PM Thaksin at the Russian world cup, and the king receiving money from Thaksin when he was crown prince and his dad would not give him as much money as he wanted.
So it may be not her against the junta and the king, but her and the king and Thaksin against the junta.
Some say that it's a move back towards absolute monarchy, with the king having further control over the government (through his sister), but at least it looks to be a move away from endless military coups.
Previously, royalists accused Thaksin of wanting to overthrow the monarchy. Now they won't know what to think. Who do you vote for when you are an anti-Thaksin royalist, but one party option is a Thaksin-affiliated party with a princess running as candidate?
