    Ministerial statement when approved the TLS in 2012 agreed that the limit can be revised upward provided there are safety and opoperational data to support it.
    So there is ground for a legal challenge
    Plus other industries and countries have higher seismic limit so the UK shale can argue they are being treated unfairly. 
    But I agree UK shale jas too many political hurdles that wont make it as an attractive investment.
