Ok, I'm just going to leave this here, but if you read this you'll understand why in my opinion Track was written down to nothing, as this explains a dying business model. Which has been slowly struck down around the globe, country by country.

Unfortunately that didnt work out. Cost $25 million or so in shareholder funds, in my estimate. dyor.
