Taking a bit of getting my head around the structure of this. It appears CEO remuneration is high. What is the justification behind this after such a long time? I cant find a reason in the chart history. Cash burn on wages without growth does not usually end well.
Has anyone brought this up at an AGM? Have they had a first or second remuneration strike?
I like what Rik Holliday Smith has done with Qbiotics, He came in with a clear structure to move the company forward and only work for options set at double the share price.
Hopefully Sinclair can bring a change of culture to the company and get the share price back up for everyone.
