Funding from KFW will more than likely be around 90%. The BOD will need to find around 10% (est. AUD $85-90M). The State, Federal and other government agencies (i.e. NAIF) should contribute the balance.. otherwise I would propose we move the processing plant offshore to another country with lower operating cost and willing to contribute in return for local employment and export opportunities..
