No, by making the placement, the current Board was the one (with TC) who was "comfortable with fairly aggressive business practices". How was doing that, in the best interests of members? It was done unlawfully to maintain current control, to dilute existing shareholders, without any plan for the future, in the context of misleading the market as to the RnD rebate and conferring a large commission on a company that participated in misleading shareholders. It will be interesting to see what a new board will discover about what has been going on over the last few years. I hope the D and O insurance is fully paid up.
