Athletes will keep wearing, Heads of departments will keep working, sales people will keep selling. CAT could change the CEO out 3 times in 6 months and the profile of the core business won't change. The CFO leaving so quick was an indicator of Board/culture/management issue and CEO now going likely confirms it. Hard to guess details but dare say this sits at core of problem. Looking forward to seeing how the Board deals with it over next month or so as their communication (or lack of) will tell us a lot.
