The original SPP was $100M
Now it has ended up at $330M
Hardly good management
Shareholders who looked at the $100M of dilution and responded by subscribing enough to maintain their stake
now are left out on a limb as they are diluted a further $230M without the right to subscribe for more.
What use will the extra money be really spent on?
