But yes, I would have thought that the performance shares would be conditional on AK acquisition being completed, which going by the recent TH/suspension seems not to be the case.

Yeah, they seem to have deemed completion to have occurred on the 31st of Dec (the day they were due to expire) when we first went to halt... not sure I agree with that as we still havent completed over a month later.
