Why is it that Atlassian can bring the company to 3000 employees, yet the founders can very much be in charge and remain as CEOs? Catapult should be able to do the same! Don't need to rely on others to perform the role of CEO because outsiders and hired hands won't be necessarily making the best decisions for the company as their wealth is not tied to the performance of the company!
