Can't see that the new tax will hurt fgl. People just switch drinks. FGL have them all from spirits, wine and beer. Heard once that alcohol sales actually rise as people feel the financial squeeze- drowning your sorrows syndrome. I have FGL in my portfolio because it's in a segment that's pretty steady. Wish I'd chosen another though- it's been a disappointment.
