Drove down mill point road to visit the Windsor on Saturday and was impressed with the look from the road of the finished apartment. Looks quite trendy and upmarket in what i believe needs to be a continuous revitalization in the area.
interestingly across the other side of the road is civic hearts empty block which is now back in the potential realisable pipeline. Not to mention open for comments now. Hoping it can kick off and presales sooner than later.
will be an interesting pipeline then. Depends on also your view of which side of the fence you sit as property been in the doldrums vs resources and wa specific property continuing to hold up...esp with the recent worries about a china slowdown still.
