Technical Insolvency ?

I very much like TMT's potential resource and possible commercial future, however it would provide me great comfort as an investor looking to buy in and take up some shares to understand one little thing. I'd very much appreciate some of the more experienced holders opinion as to why TMT is not "technically insolvent".

Based on the recent activities report, I there is no cash left in 7 weeks. By any standard, a cash runway of at least 6 months is appropriate under fair and reasonable compliance or solvency expectations.

Even if you wanted to cut a fine line, maybe a three month runway is OK if incoming cash was validated and confirmed in writing to the Board and eminent.....however I cannot find one word of a credit facility or cash commitment making its way to TMT. (I've gone back through most of the announcements).

Can someone please tell me why this company is not "Technically Insolvent" today?

A short 7 weeks and there is no more money and there is no communication around funding, I find this seriously concerning no matter how good the resource looks.

    Happy to be enlighten.

Genuinely looking to buy in on TMT, just don't know why the company's solvency is not a serious concern to anyone here, ASIC or the ASX, or more importantly such an item is not front and centre via an announcement from the company. I can only assume a cap raise / share purchased offer is only days away....or hours.

    Cheers M
