You can’t be positively serious and quoting  about the precedent outcome of last case SMM v Axiom. 
Both Cos lost their respective positions. Forget SMM. 
AVQ not only lost the Kolosori PL and ML but the millions $$$$ our CEO spent on that tenement which it (AVQ) was in litigation over a clear title to the bottomless litigation pit. And that was a good precedent for AVQ? 
Only one  could harbour such an opinion the rest of shareholders find the final outcome an unfathomable waste of shareholder funds.
