    Depends what they are getting for their investment.

    No one has been able to describe the deal as yet?

    How much are they paying for the option? If its free or $15m already paid then it's game over.

    This started because Khoutam incorrectly stated that WD provided $15m intangible benefit. It was HGST. 

    That was my point. No mystery.

    However, I think it is important to find out what the 4DS/ WD deal is in detail as it could be material to the ultimate value of the end product.
