Wow, wow and wow! The mind boggles at the potential for the LIFX technology (the infra red alone is fabulous!) and the value it can add to Ohm and Ohm can add to it. Importantly, Buddy now has an instant bridge to the home, so there's nowhere it can't go. One of the biggest risks for Buddy is competition and I think this shows it's ahead of it. All the talk about dilution (including dilution from debt ??????) is a waste of breath if the combination is bigger than the sum of the components and the growth prospects are enhanced, which I think is the case here.
I'm giving this a big tick and will be personally adding to LIFX's revenue streams very soon!
