    I already explained why. IMO due to previous precedent set by their last court battle.

    AVQ's original licence over Kolosori was cancelled because the SI gov did not follow SI law (found and exposed in the appeal). The proper process was not follow for AVQ be grant their original licence and it looks like it has happened again with these other companies.
