I was referring to your comment that current contacts are 20% of LOM capacity. Hint: LOM is not short term.
Also, where has it been announced that these contacts represent 20% of is this just you making stuff up?
When these contacts were executed all those years ago, they "represented" 75% of Stage 1 and 25% (I think) of Stage 2 production. Not withstanding the fact that PEN never got close to Stage 1 production of 700,000 lb/annum, the contracts were not 20% of LOM.
