If it was a random cr to shop’s you would have seen a big dump in the morning ... the 200m shares given for a reason
Now it’s a double win for current shareholders ...
Mngmt will do the best to bring a deal quick enough before they pass the 249d for voting , and the new party with 100m has to buy another 100m minimum if they want to have a chance with what they intending to do .... double whammy and I expect price to go up soon .
