Annual expenses are a part of a listed business and ZIP's expense are not onerous at all. Yes this is nothing more than a shell, we all know that but it is a valuable shell with plenty of cash and only 150m shares on issue. It will likely attract a suitor to back door list another entity into it and off she goes.
