China's formula is simple
Create demand ...send prices skyrocketing
creating a flood of new mines until oversupply.
Pull the rug out from under miners by dropping prices
to cost or under. causing shutdowns.
Leaving only the large well funded mines to survive
along with those that loose money but are able to cap raise or borrow

Most of the invested money is from outside China
They win win win.

I am still hoping to trade my way to profit here
as I have done before.
