Firstly Resolute is not funding it, they are simply the customer.
Secondly Resolute runs a diesel plant, if the government or neighbouring countries was providing reliable power, then why the need for the diesel plant?
Lastly this saves money for Resolute.
I don’t understand what the issue is.
