IMO India as for the JV has not even been negotiated and is far from being finalised. Start walking before running, I'd say. Wait for the visit of the delegation and see what comes out of that!

NY is in boxes awaiting re-engineering, finance, installation and testing before production. Mid 2019 has become end 2019. Let's see when they have the finance and actually take everything out of the boxes, before we get excited!

Nachu RAP, the village hasn't even been started jet and finance probably comes before that. So again they have had on and on going high level negotiations and that's about it. I haven't seen much being finalised after all these ongoing negotiations, so let them get on with something anything before getting over excited!

I'm not saying it won't happen, but hey, look at the track record. 

What does the buying tell me? Seeing that you seem not to appreciate technical analysis, you are probably not really interested in what I would have to say to that, simply because it would be TA based. So I won't waste my time, okay?
