Management have sold too many announcements as company-making inflection points - and every time there's a new inflection point just up ahead. 
Also, this project has so much potential that even if we doubled or tripled from here, there's still be serious gains to be made leading up to production. Essentially, little reward for tying up capital for an undetermined time, even if you think the chances of success are high. 

Both points tell me that when it does start to move there will be no stopping it.
