It's not the tech with the highest specs that will win, but the tech with widest appeal (on the basis of lowest cost) and speed to market
huh? How does that fit in with new features and better specs to win sales? It doesn't. The Samsung's want to make things smaller, better specs, design savvy. It's how they beat competition, win customers and grow sales.
