Why has this acquisition even been mentioned given it's not signed?!?!
What's wrong with them?! What incentive is there to mention a deal that hasn't been signed?
Create expectation? Only to let holders and the market down again?
To place more pressure on yourself to get the deal done? To give the company your acquiring a stronger hand in any final negotiations?
Our management are inept.
