Topwon.  Thanks for this post. It seems vey interesting, but I don't understand exactly what this change in process means for WHA in light of its recent announcements.  Given the change in process was only put in place on 8th Jan 2019, does that mean WHA substituted the conventional formula for the organic in its SAMR application in response to this change, and does it mean WHA could do so without dropping back down the queue and starting again?
