hey
maybe i have mis-read but there is no 'time/money limit' on transferring from smsf to industry fund ....it just happens in one go. (if it is all part of the super system and all complying funds blah blah).
the real problem is the type of assets that will be accepted at the 'new' end. (generally cash)
wrap funds are a way to transfer but keep existing assets ......but may not offer the same solutions to the original problem.
the $100K limit u r talking about is to do with adding after tax money into an accumulation account (non-concessional money) .... it is not about money already inside super.
but .... u can have multiple accounts running at the same time (industry and smsf) .....food for thought to maybe hedge ur bets.
