And thats why i don't want tls taking back nbn and the 7000 employees ,ie accc ,govt and union interference.ie running nbn takes up to much of managements time, tls gets its $1b guaranteed cpi govt payments each year, compared to the $3b or $4b fixed revenue, but that 3 to 4 bilion fixed revenue is not guaranteed, you have the negatives as per previous post making tls less agile, and you have the 5g developments.
Is nbn making a profit even if tls gets if for a $1 ?,and you want tls to take it back?
ok tls gets it for $1,the only benefit tls saves on the nbn interest debt maybe an  $1b,the days of those 3 to 4 billion revenue were under pressure anyway, whether as per above and tpg being much more efficient in fixed combined with the accc holding teoh's hand.
imo there is nothing commercial about nbn due to above for tls,tls has its developing business model and why i believe chairman should be replaced for creating uncertainty around tls and nbn with his comments ,why mention it ,and just as important why include sea cable business in infraco with nbn lease payments?
