What CR??? Because it makes no sense that KPO would wait until it has $75,000 left in the kitty (ie LESS THAN A WEEK worth of cash remaining, if my calcs are correct!) before planning to raise
I suspect late last year they may have approached the market but were unable to find any instos / sophs / under-writers prepared to support another top-up
Have they engaged EAS as a final throw of the dice to identify a pathway to short term survival? If so, what are the implications for current shareholders?
If I’m right (I plead with everyone to check & challenge my assumptions) the share price will implode next week as shareholders trample over each other in a rush for the exits
I believe any imminent cap raise will be EXTREMELY dilutive for current holders, and presumably be accompanied by a share consolidation
