    If gold is at 2000 AUD and EAR is producing 100 - 120 K @ 1050 aisc, why the hell would you want to sell the company at double the current market cap?

    Any takeover is gonna be around 50 % + premium. This company is worth much more by producing itself and hitting it's targets.
