    The SYnTonic Brief (An overview of the company for fresh eyes)


    Thought I would redo this with just what is in place, and in every carrier update announcement now that we know have launched, or very near launching 

    Go to the last carrier update announcement and latest quarterly for those who have not read them and new to the stock which will then give a better update on other deals in the mix but no formal execution on deals signed thus far 
    I will add to this list as deals are signed and progress made in 2019, along with updating the 
    revenue generation and QAU
    For those that have felt so compelled to moderate this in the past, a really super idea would be just to not read it, as it is for new investors to the stock wanting a brief overview
    For those that put themselves through the misery of reading each time and then just can't live with it on the forum, might be time to take a walk and deep breath outside...somewhere nice 


    Sponsored Data is only beginning to come about due to technologies not being able to deliver in the past and scale not being able to be delivered

    Syntonic and their technology suite is enabling Telcos to draw back some of the revenue they have been missing out on during their stellar growth decades, which is eroding with declining ARPU and no more natural resources at their disposal

    The app economy has now surpassed the telco economy and set for major growth in comparison, yet telcos will be the ones to spend large amounts on infrastructure and 5G coming of age over the next decade

    With Syntonic continually innovating their offering and licensing their complete, cross carrier, carrier grade suite of technologies to telcos worldwide, they will ensure we are the standard that everyone aspires to be like in the sponsored data realm and we will create the scalable network that has been missing from those who have tried to deliver in the past

    A well formed group of experienced professionals with vast industry knowledge in the telco/mobile space

    Add into the mix our co-founders and CEO (a forward thinking particle physicist) and our CTO/President who is a proven master of architecting large scale multi platforms, and you have got yourself a recipe for a pretty tasty dish 


    The latest board members have taken 1.3 million shares a year for the next 3 years in lieu of cash (important point this one)

    Smart Communications

    Philippines leading wireless provider with 57.7 million subscribers has deployed our technologies through our Freeway Roaming Service via its RoamFree traveller app, generating the beginnings of revenue from the Freeway Roaming Service arm of the company available on the App Store and Google Play

    Strategic 5 year partnership to resell the Freeway Roaming Service to its carrier customer base including other tier 1 mobile operators in South East Asia

    A 3 year contract signed with Nazara who is one of the leading mobile games companies headquartered in Mumbai, India and has operations in 61 countries across emerging markets with more than 4 million paying users downloading over 37 million games. Nazara is engaged in acquisition of, value addition to, and distribution of mobile games across emerging markets such as India, Middle East, Africa, South East Asia and Latin America

    Initial 3 month trial will be available in Oman to subscribers of Ooredoo, a leading communications company with 164 million customers and operations in Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Algeria, Tunisia, Iraq, Palestine, the Maldives, Myanmar and Indonesia

    First reseller agreement signed giving us access to companies in Turkey, Greece, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Republic of Cypress

    Minimum revenue targets for Aktay to achieve

    2019 - $1.25 million U.S.

    2020 - $1.50 million U.S.

    2021 - $2.25 million U.S.

    Godspeed Aktay in achieving those targets and more

    Interesting also to see if they can get the 30 companies on board in 6 months

    Will always be there, but the word around town is that they all stand in STARK CONTRAST to what SYT has to offer due to their continual innovative approach to their technology and a major barrier of entry to anyone trying to compete in our space

    It also has an UNRIVALLED operator network footprint ready to scale and deliver their services for content providers due to their unique cross carrier functionality and seamless integration into the telcos network

    If you believe in data being an impediment for the mobile internet, then this is the company for you as we are leading the charge in knocking down that barrier and making CONTENT king

    The Telcos can use our technologies to do something others cannot and take back a lot of the revenue they have been missing out on and what is rightfully theirs

    There are so many aspects to this company all stemming from the Connected Services Platform built which is now integrated with the MCP, powering all of the technology suite and innovation driving Syntonic - leading to multiple revenue streams after the foundations are laid

    It is just the beginning for Sponsored Data as a whole, and we are leading the race

    In fact I dare say Syntonic will be the company that succeeds in putting Sponsored Data on the map (Or at least all the partners and content providers white labelling our technologies), and become the entire backbone for this industry developing before our eyes in the new mobile ecosystem being created
