Just to clear the suggested timeframe for the CR, "The effect of Resolution 7 will be to allow the Directors to issue the Shares comprising the capital raising during the period of 3 months after the Meeting (or a longer period, if allowed by ASX), without using the Company’s 15% annual placement capacity. "
I don't mind a CR at all, it is and was clear that more $$$ were going to be needed and that VEC wanted to move on the other project was also clear.I just thought that they would work on getting the SP up first, before any CR, e.g. announce a resource upgrade, because that would do it! This by no means is impossible now, because there is still time to do so!As for management being upfront with the CR, I brought this up because it looked as though many of you had missed it.Looking forward to Monday's announcement and more to follow in succession to make the CR worth it at a higher SP!
