ATC investor and interested meeting in Munich

Here a feedback from the investor und interested meeting in Munich yesterday.

Referent Uwe Ahrens alternate Director and also present Tarik Dede from the commodity letter.
Attached some interesting information. About 12 persons were present also a very small meeting.

Conditions financing deals:

KfW 3,5% 14 years (senior debt)

Streaming Deal 11,5% 2+7years (unsecured)

Mezzanine Deal 13% 2+7 years (unsecured)

 

Construction progress:

20 Mio for building and engineering and 3D Model

 
fundaments, infrastructure current  (completed May or June 2019)

 

Accountability SMS Group:

50% overall

Single process with 100% responsibility

Delays  25%  responsibility

12 Months after plant finish responsibility of SMS ends

 

Complete costs:

298 Mio USD Capex for plant

about 1/3 for additional things comes in addition

This will give us the evidence for the proclaimed 400 Mio
