    BUD to acquire DXN?

    DXN's MC is about $15M.
    Subsidiary of BUD is Citadel Capital and the MD of Citadel Capital is the Co. sec. and CFO of DXN.
    If it's the same Citadel Capital, undetermined. AIMO.
