Inco wasn't JORC (and even if it was this was a very old standard which investors won't look at) and they didn't do a PFS.

If ASX requires ASX-Listed mining companies to do JORC, why doesn't ASX come down on AVQ re no JORC & PFS ? Is it because AVQ is a Hong Kong Registered company . Don't understand it ?!
