The trouble here is, they ran this up prior to news, and were selling, bringing the price down before the news hit the market.
No doubt, news was leaked prior to the announcement, hence the sell off.
As news was not going to meet markets expectations, insiders were dumping on the highs, PRIOR to the report.
It's not a case of the company being "dodgy", where humans are involved this will continue to occur!
This is a regular function of the market!!
