I'm making the observation that those on the ground, managing the operation, have no association with the old Bounty at all, so to blame management for this whole fiasco is wrong. I suspect you'll find they've been doing their best with what they've got. The problem stems from above - from the Board.
Cook has been a troubled mine for many, many owners and this Board have painted an unrealistically rosy picture - now the reality has set in and this is what we have.
Doesn't matter who's managing this operation now - company is cash-strapped, Board has lost credibility.. they're deep in desperation now. Superman couldn't fly in and save this mine now.
