Its possible to buy and sell the CO2 shares via an off-market transaction between willing parties - at a price agreeable between the parties. Management of SFG determined a price of 0.23 cents per share for re-determining SFGO option exercise price (thus 9.7 cents per SFGO option). Some holders though, such as Stash consider them to be worthless, thus my interest in buying them.
