it would seem they just are not moving as much dirt as they projected. Plus using the stock piles is cheap (albeit also low grade, so does not make much money). The higher forecast costs for the March and June quarters related directly to all the extra stripping they need to do because of Golden Wings under-performing. Hence the need for more equipment.
