So ASTA is probably stalling hard, probably seeking for a lower share price and could withdraw from the takeover because TNT share price is down from 7c. FML. 
No indicative date provided on when it will agreed. 
I can smell trouble. 

Also, extremely disappointing on new security contracts signed. What kind of sales people do they have. Only $184k? How is TNT going to be Australia’s biggest cyber security provider at this rate???
