Now that I've slept on it I realise those numbers are rubbish for an office tower.
The sun is not shining on all 4 sides at once all day.
It would depend on building orientation but in Australia for example the south side would get no sun and depending what other buildings are surrounding it would determine their level of sun exposure.
I would need to cut the power output by half at least maybe 2/3rds as the morning sun would hit the eastern side first, then the sun moves across the northern side, then onto the western side. So 3 sides would realistically get sun but only for approx 4- 6 hours each day.
In Queensland where I am now the sun is up by 5:30am and stays shining on an eastern wall with no eave until about midday.
By 8:30 - 9:30am the sun is also hitting the northern wall until late afternoon around 3 to 4pm. The western wall takes on its role around midday and gets its sunscreen out until the sun goes down at 7 or 8pm.
So cutting the above power generation in half would be much more realistic, my apologies.
