Summary

I am a Melbourne based corporate consultant specialising in the provision of accounting, company secretarial and corporate finance services and other compliance related matters to ASX listed entities. 

I work closely with my Board of Directors and other key management; and provide support to many of the committee/sub committees of these entities that fall within the corporate governance framework. 

I am also a director of an entity that holds an AFSL, specialising in the raising of funds for small cap ASX listed companies and other venture capital purposes.
